Some of you asked in the previous posts what hypnosis could do for you.
I have made a list to give you an idea of the range of conditions that can be helped by hypnotherapy. It is not an exhaustive list, it could be much longer, but it covers the main problems people use hypnosis for:
Fears (Heights/ Public speaking, etc)
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Phobias(fear of flying, spiders, etc)
I think Hypnotherapy can be widely used for most psychosomatic disorders (those mental and emotional states which actually produce physical symptoms).
It can generally help with any problem you’re finding hard to handle on your own – thoughts and actions you’d like to eliminate or acquire, or emotional suffering that is too overwhelming or has been going for too long.
Of course there are some contraindications. If the client suffers from epilepsy, schizophrenia or clinical depression, he or she should always consult a GP before approaching a Hypnotherapist.
Even though I think hypnosis is very powerful, I usually recommend my clients to combine it, depending on their problem, with other sciences or habits such as nutrition, awareness stress management techniques or regular exercise, so they can empower their success much faster.
